			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>J &amp; J Snack Foods, Inc. recently announced and broke ground on a 90,000 square foot addition to their current 60,000 square foot facility, an additional 250 jobs to their already 150 employee base, and a real and personal property investment of $14 million in Moscow Mills, MO.  <em><strong>~ May 2011</strong></em></p>
<p>Scotts Miracle-Gro Company announced that Wright City  will be the location of its newest production and distribution  facility, a capital investment of nearly $8 million that will create 14  new full-time immediately and a total of 25 as the facility progresses. <strong><em>~December 2010</em></strong></p>
